Railless structure also called Mini rail structure, it refers to the design of photovoltaic bracket structure that only uses clamps and mid clamp and end clamp to fix panel without using Rail. This design is mostly used for metal roof mounting. Normally, this type design will use clamps or mini rails around 200~250mm or other customized length to fix on the metal roof.

But this type design does not fit all roofs, it can only used on small wind load and snow load, and the crest spacing of the metal roof is also suitable.

The Railless structure system is light weight and easy to install, and the structure is flexible too, which is not only convenient for transportation, but also greatly reduces the site construction time and labor cost.
