The purpose of installing aluminum alloy frame on solar module is
to protect module and facilitate installation. Due to the long
service life of the module, the frame has high requirements. At
present, the frame of solar module is generally made of
architectural aluminum Alloy profile, base material grade 6063T. In
order to adapt to the harsh climate conditions of the module
installation environment, aluminum, the surface of the alloy frame
needs to be oxidized by oxygen electrode, and the thickness of the
oxide layer should not be too thin, normal is AA10 or AA15, and the
frame should be reasonable according to the size of the module
specification, taking into account the wind resistance pressure and
the heat dissipation of the module to select the frame.
