Referring to many cases of photovoltaic projects, the general
arrangement of modules is divided into 2xN vertical array or 4xN
horizontal array, which are the most economical in terms of
material and land.
As a standard array of ground mounting system, 2x10 can also be
freely combined into other larger arrays. The total length of a
single group of rails is around 10m, which easy to adjust the
accumulated construction error at the edge. The lower part of each
module is supported by two parallel rails, and the fixed position
of the mid clamp and end clamp are at the same place with the
recommended installation hole of the frame, so as to ensure the
best stress state of the module when encountering a storm or
blizzard to the maximum extent, thus ensuring the safety of the
module.
The side support point is at the center of the beam, which plays a
good supporting role and makes the stress position of the beam
optimal. The rear tie makes the overall structure not a twisted
parallelogram, but a triangle with better fixing performance.
