The owner does not allow drilling on the concrete flat roof, mainly because he is worried about the strength of the old building or does not want to change the waterproof performance of the roof. This is why the ballast type or concrete foundation installation is selected.

Since the ballast type is not connected with the roof by anchor, the side and back can be considered to add windproof, especially for the cement roof without parapet.
